Delivery, Pick Ups & Returns
Delivery, Pick Ups & Returns
Delivery: We provide overnight, rural & Saturday delivery services via NZPOST, please make sure you have selected the correct option.
- Overnight - our cut off for overnight delivery for the week is Wednesdays at 2pm.
- Rural - our cut off is Tuesdays at 2pm, this must be selected if you live rurally.
- Saturday - available for orders placed after the overnight cut off on Wednesday. Cut off for Saturday delivery is Thursdays 2pm.
Pick Ups: Pick up is available 9am-9pm everyday from our store in Maraetai.
Returns: We offer the option of postal and drop off returns.
- Postal - All postal returns need to be handed over the counter (no drop boxes) at your nearest Post Office on Mondays before 3pm.
- Drop Off - All drop off returns need to be dropped back off to the pick up point on Mondays no later than 9pm.

- Please refrain from wearing any handbags that may have clasps that will fray the fabric
- Please be weary about where you are sitting while in this rental
- Please be mindful of the surface you are walking on, do not let the rental drag on the ground - harsh/rough surfaces will also create pulls in this fabric.
