Shipping Policy

DVS Styling

We aim to make shipping and returns as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


 

 

Order Dispatch & Processing

 

  • Orders are dispatched Monday – Wednesday only (excluding public holidays).
  • Our standard postal cut-off is Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after this cut-off may not arrive in time for the selected rental period.


 

Saturday Delivery Option

 

  • A Saturday delivery option is available at an additional cost.
  • The cut-off for Saturday delivery is Thursday at 2:00 PM.
  • Saturday delivery must be selected at checkout to qualify.
  • Orders that miss the Wednesday cut-off must select Saturday delivery if they wish to receive their order on Saturday.

If Saturday delivery is not selected at checkout, delivery will default to the next business day and no refund will be provided.


 

 Shipping Method

 

  • Orders are sent via NZ Post Courier.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • DVS Styling is not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched.


 

Pick-Up Orders

 

  • Pick-up may be offered where timeframes allow.
  • Pick-up locations and instructions are provided via email once confirmed.
  • By choosing pick-up, the customer accepts responsibility for collecting the garment at the agreed time.


 

 

 

 Rental Periods & Delivery Responsibility

 

  • Rental periods remain unchanged regardless of courier delays.
  • Late delivery caused by courier services does not qualify for refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting a rental date that allows sufficient delivery time based on the cut-offs outlined above.


 

 

Returns

 

  • Return instructions are included with every order.
  • NZ Post processes returns on business days only.
  • Returns lodged on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Late returns incur late fees, as outlined in our Rental Agreement.


 

 

Customer Responsibility & Risk Acceptance

By placing an order with DVS Styling, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have read and understood the Shipping & Pickup Policy
  • Courier delivery timeframes are not guaranteed
  • Orders placed outside of stated cut-off times are done at the customer’s own risk
  • Failure to select Saturday delivery when required does not warrant a refund


 

 

Refunds & Shipping Issues

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed after the Wednesday 2:00 PM cut-off
  • Orders that miss the cut-off and do not select Saturday delivery
  • Courier delays outside of DVS Styling’s control
  • Failure to read shipping and pickup information provided on product listings


All shipping information is clearly stated on every garment listing and in our Rental Agreement.
