Delivery, Pick Ups & Returns

Delivery: We provide overnight, rural & Saturday delivery services via NZPOST, please make sure you have selected the correct option.

  • Overnight - our cut off for overnight delivery for the week is Wednesdays at 2pm.
  • Rural - our cut off is Tuesdays at 2pm, this must be selected if you live rurally.
  • Saturday - available for orders placed after the overnight cut off on Wednesday. Cut off for Saturday delivery is Thursdays 2pm.

Pick Ups: Pick up is available 9am-9pm everyday from our store in Maraetai.

Returns: We offer the option of postal and drop off returns.

  • Postal - All postal returns need to be handed over the counter (no drop boxes) at your nearest Post Office on Mondays before 3pm.
  • Drop Off - All drop off returns need to be dropped back off to the pick up point on Mondays no later than 9pm.

Care Instructions

  • Please refrain from wearing any handbags that may have clasps that will fray the fabric

  • Please be weary about where you are sitting while in this rental
  • Please be mindful of the surface you are walking on, do not let the rental drag on the ground - harsh/rough surfaces will also create pulls in this fabric.

By renting with us, you are agreeing to pay for any damages made due to these factors.
